What areas do you service?
We are trade professionals and builders that service the Christchurch and wider Canterbury region.
What flooring services do you offer?
We specialize in installing Vinyl planks,engineered hardwood, or, laminate flooring solutions.
What’s the difference for your inspection services?
Our pre purchase property inspections offer a conditional survey of the property letting you make an informed decision of the property on the basis of our report for you.
Independent handover inspections will give trust to the homeowner that a third party has undertaken an inspection that keeps the Contractors accountable for their work in the construction process, ensuring all work meets the New Zealand building code and industry standards and council consent docs.
Floor level reports can be included or requested as a single service, you will receive a report on the levels of the floors in the house along with recommendations pertaining to the facts.
If we find defects or urgent maintenance items in our property report, can we engage your building company to fix the issues?
To consider conflict of issues, and to provide an independent report. We will not provide further Building or LBP services pertaining to the issues in the property report. You will need to seek advice independently.
