Pre-purchase property inspections

As apart of our offered services, we provide professional advice on property and construction by looking, examining and reporting on the areas and features so as to build a description on significant issues, urgent maintenance, weathertightness risks irrespective of evidence of leaks, gradual deterioration so the reader can make an informed decision in a visual, non invasive survey of what is in sight.

If your looking at purchasing a house, get piece of mind that you are getting advice pertaining to the facts and evidence, on the day.

If your looking at Selling your house, or, want general advice, our condition reports will give a scope of your property on the day. Non invasive moisture readings will also be included in the report.

We also offer extras such as floor level reports, with levels given by a zip level.

Booking Process

Step 1

To begin, simply click ‘Book Now’ or get in touch with our team directly. One of our representatives will follow up to arrange a suitable inspection time and provide a confirmed price.

Step 2

Once you’ve accepted the proposed time and cost, we will issue a Notice of Inspection to the property’s key holder.

Step 3

You will then receive a Letter of Engagement outlining our terms and conditions, along with any limitations to the scope of the report.

Step 4

After the booking is confirmed, a booking confirmation and invoice will be sent to you.

Cancellation Process

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your booking. However, please note that any changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled inspection to avoid incurring a fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $195.

To avoid this fee, please ensure you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you need to make changes, kindly get in touch with our admin team.
