We’re creating a Christchurch-based space designed to give women a safe, welcoming environment to learn practical DIY skills for the home.
Whether you’ve never picked up a tool before or you want to deepen your knowledge, this space is about confidence, capability, and community.
Led by experienced, qualified builders and LBP professionals, our workshops are hands-on, practical, and designed to make the building industry more approachable.

Our Workshops
4-Week Beginner Series
For just $350, Join our foundation course which is designed as a 4-week commitment, allowing you to build real understanding and hands-on confidence.

Workshop Hire
For those who’ve completed Beginner level or have basic experience. We take bookings for minimum 1 hour time slots up to 6 hours on a Saturday for you to come and use our workshop space. Bookings are priced at $23 per hour.
We believe confidence isn’t built in a single evening, it’s built through practice. That’s why our workshops are structured as progressive learning series, designed to give you real skills, not just surface-level exposure.
4-week beginners workshop series is held each month on either a Tuesday or Thursday evening from 6:30pm – 8:30pm.
Please note, if you register for a particular night, that will be the class you are scheduled for, during the duration of the course over the four weeks.
The location of our workshops will be held at our facility on Marshs Road, Templeton
Please note, our Saturday workshop hire are for people wanting to use our workshop for personal projects. You supply the materials and we will supply the tools and the space to work!
